Director, Clinical Analytics & Research

Dylan has over eight years of research experience in applied statistics, economics, and program evaluation and three years of management consulting experience. He earned his PhD from Harvard University, where he used experimental and quasi-experimental statistical methods to evaluate the short- and long-term impacts of U.S. domestic education policies. Dylan specializes in data analytics and impact evaluation and is published as a co-equal first author in refereed journals. He progressed from analyst to associate roles at the global management consulting firm Kearney, where he honed his data analytic and client management skills while working closely with C-suite executives. Dylan currently lives in Boston with his wife. In his free time, he enjoys running, hiking, reading, and escaping to a new city to explore the local food scene.
